Fuel Gas Filter
Removal of solids and fine droplets
A fuel gas filter is a powerful tool to clean the gas upstream of any operations that require highly clean fuel gases. This can be upstream of gas compressors or upstream of liquid / gas contactors. The removal efficiency can be adjusted through the type and quantity of filter cartridges used in the gas filter. The unit comes typically with a larger number of instrumentation nozzles, a quicok opening closure (QOC) for cartridge access and the unit is fixed on either skirts or with brackets.
Performance data
The removal efficiency for solid particulates can be as small as 1.0µm, depending on the choice of internals.
The pressure loss depends on the operating conditions and the choice of internals. It can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
